1 cup nuts
1 cup dried fruit (almonds, figs, cherry, etc)
1 cup (12-15 whole) dates, pitted


Combine the nuts, dried fruit, and dates in a food processor. Pulse a few times just to break them up, don’t churn continuously

When you see that the mixture is completely broken down and balls are formed, pulse for 1-2 minutes.

Then put the mixture into a thick glass bowl with butter paper and press into a firm layer. Chill for at least an hour or overnight
