Light white dosa
1 cup soaked rice (soaked for at least 3 hrs) 1/2 cup grated coconut
1/2 tsp salt
5 cups water
1 tbsp oil
Grind rice and coconut to a very fine paste then add 5 cups water and salt.
Heat a non-stick pan and pour a small amount of batter in the pan.
Lower the heat and cover pan for 1/2 a minute or so.
Then dribble a few drops of oil around the dosa and serve.

4 boiled potatoes
2 cups of curd/yogurt
Salt (according to taste)
1 tea spoon of turmeric
Some mustard seeds
Mustard oil (for authentic taste) Green chillies
Cumin or cumin powder
How to make it
First of all peel the potatoes nicely and cut them equally into large pieces.
In another pan, heat mustard oil and put mustard seeds into it.
Now add green chillies along with cum seeds of cumin powder. Stir it well.
Also, simultaneously you need to beat dahi or yogurt finely. Take out in a different pan.
When you can smell the mixed flavour of cumin, mustard, simply pit potatoes into it. Don’t stir it hard, for the potatoes can break.
Now, add yogurt or curd in the mixture. Keep moving it clockwise for 2 minutes.
The dish is ready.
