Four tbsp of beaten curd, two tbsp besan, two tsp sugar, ginger, one tsp each of methi seeds and cumin, half tsp mustard seeds, two dry red chillies, one green chilly cut into half, coriander leaves, salt to taste, two cups water, two tsp oil.
Mix curd, besan, sugar and salt in a bowl. Heat a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin, methi seeds, chillies and ginger. Add the curd and besan mix, and pour water. Stir till kadhi becomes slightly thick and garnish with coriander leaves.
