Lemon Chicken

In a pressure cooker, pour ghee. Once the ghee’s hot enough, add the whole garam masala, black pepper and saute. Then add garlic and ginger, and saute. Add the chicken and lemon juice and seal the cooker. No need to add water. In five minutes, the chicken’s ready to be served.

Chicken – 1 kg
Cow ghee – 1 tbsp
Lemon – 4
Garlic – 20 pods chopped
Ginger paste
Whole black pepper seeds, pounded
Badi elaichi
Your choice of whole garam masalas
