1 cup soya milk, 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1 chopped green chili, 1/2 cup grated onions, 1 tbsp chopped coriander, 1/4 tsp fruit salt, salt to taste, 1 1/2 tsp oil for cooking.
For serving: Garlic tomato chutney.
Make a thin batter using the soya milk, wheat flour,green chilli, onions, coriander, fruit salt, salt and water.
Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with a little oil. Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter on the non-stick pan and spread it using a circular motion to make a thin dosa.Cook on both sides using a little oil. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 5 more dosas.
Serve hot with garlic tomato chutney.
