A delegation of Sikh community leaders led by Master Mohinder Singh, founder President of Gurdwara Baba Makhan Shah Lobana called on the Consul General of India, Ambassador Dnyaneshwar Mulay and apprised him of the problems the community faced with regard to passports, visas, OCI cards etc.

They were particularly critical of the poor services being provided by the new service provider, BLS. Mr. Mulay heard them patiently and gave an assurance of improved services. Delegation included Gurmej Singh and Mohinder Singh, President and Vice President respectively of Gurdwara Baba Makhan Shah Lobana. The meeting was arranged through the good offices of Prof. Indrajit S. Saluja.
