Delivery man’s shooting death on dead-end Staten Island Street caught on video

NEW YORK, NY (TIP): The victim, Richard Salvia, had worked at Crown Palace Chinese restaurant only for a few days when he was sent to the Grandview Ave. address in Mariners Harbor on Tuesday, April 1 night.
