A source says that Kareena, who once hogged limelight for becoming a size zero, was approached by the brand as her appearances and presence impressed many. “Whenever Kareena gets associated with a fashion or health initiative, it always goes on to be very successful.

Apart from that, she is always impeccably dressed and has an international appeal. These are the qualities that the brand is looking for,” said the source in a statement.
