NEWYORK (TIP): As part of the ongoing Media India Lecture Series, the Consulate General of India organized a discussion panel on Amb. (Retd.) Yogendra Kumar’s book ‘Diplomatic Dimensions of Maritime Challenges for India in the 21st Century’. This is Amb. (retd) Kumar’s first book and is published by Penguin Press.
In his welcoming remarks, Consul General Dnyaneshwar M. Mulay highlighted Kumar’s diplomatic career and his contribution to society even after retirement.
Speaking on the subject, Amb. Kumar discussed the significance of the oceanic waters for India’s national security and well being in terms of the challenges they pose.
