Cauliflower 1 (medium), 1 Onion boiled and cut Ginger paste 1 tsp, Coriander powder ½ tsp, Chilli powder ½ tsp, Garam masala ½ tsp, Turmeric powder ½ tsp, Raisin 1 tbsp, Cashew paste 1 ½ tbsp, Coconut milk ½ cup, Salt and sugar to taste, Oil 25 ml, Ghee 1 tsp
Dice the cauliflower. Heat the oil in a pan/kadhai and fry the cauliflower after coating them with turmeric. Then add onion, ginger pate, chilli and coriander in that oil and fry.
Once the oil separates from the spice, add cashew paste, raisin, sugar and salt and fry. Add coconut milk and water in the end. Once the cauliflower is soft, add the garam masala and ghee and serve it.
