BUCHAREST (TIP): Dr. Manoj Kumar Mohapatra, Ambassador of India to Romania, undertook an official tour of northwestern and central Romania, visiting Satu Mare; Baia Mare in Maramureș County; Zalău in Sălaj County; Sibiu; Alba Iulia in Alba County; and Oradea in Bihor County.

In Satu Mare, the Ambassador met Mr. Pataki Csaba, President of the County Council; Mr. Altfatter Tamás Ferenc, Prefect of the County; and Mr. Kereskényi Gábor, Mayor of Satu Mare. Discussions focused on strengthening regional engagement and identifying new opportunities for institutional cooperation, economic partnerships, and people-to-people exchanges.
