Emma Stone has parted ways with her L.A. home just a few weeks after putting it up for sale.
The actress, 35, first listed her charming home in Comstock Hills, a private, gated community located in L.A.’s Westwood neighborhood, for $3.995 million at the end of January, PEOPLE reported at the time.
PEOPLE confirmed she’d sold it for $4.3 million — just over $300,000 above the original asking price.
The sale marks another win for the star, who just took home a Golden Globe and Critics’ Choice Award for her movie Poor Things. Fittingly, the star — who just depicted an aspiring HGTV host in The Curse! — recently renovated the Westwood residence, according to the listing, held by agent Eric Lavey of Sotheby’s International Realty’s Beverly Hills brokerage.
Originally built in 1926, the newly rejuvenated 3,276 sq. ft. home boasts four bedrooms and four full bathrooms across two stories.

EMMA STONE BECOMES HIGHEST-PAID ACTRESS
‘La La Land’ star Emma Stone has surpassed Jennifer Lawrence to claim the top spot in a magazine highest-paid actresses list. Stone, 28, became the toast of Hollywood with her portrayal of a struggling actor, Mia, in the Damien Chazelledirected movie, a role that also helped her bag the Best Actress Oscar earlier this year.
She claimed the top spot by earning USD 26 million in the last 12 months. Lawrence, who was at the top spot for two consecutive years, was third on the list this year. Lawrence made USD 24 million, just over half her 2016 total earnings.
Jennifer Aniston is on the second spot, with her earnings of USD 25.5 million. The ‘Friends’ star made most of her money from Emirates airlines, Smartwater and Aveeno endorsements. Melissa McCarthy and Mila Kunis are the other two names in the top five list with USD 18 million and USD 15.5 million, respectively.

EMMA STONE SCOOPS BEST ACTRESS FOR ‘LA LA LAND’
Just a couple of weeks after her big Golden Globes win, ‘La La Land’s leading lady Emma Stone has won another award at the 2017 SAG Awards. Emma was able to walk away with Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role.
The 28-year-old, who plays a struggling but savvy actress in the musical comedy, fought off competition from Amy Adams for ‘Arrival’, Emily Blunt for ‘The Girl on the Train’, Natalie Portman for ‘Jackie’ and Meryl Streep for ‘Florence Foster Jenkins’.
As she collected the award, Stone told the fellow actresses in the audience, “You are the greatest and your talent and intelligence are mind-blowing.”
After thanking her writer-director Damien Chazelle and co-star Ryan Gosling (“Ryan, you’re the best, that’s just the truth, no one can argue with that”), Stone praised the room’s artists and filmmakers for creating work that is reflecting society and sharing joy.
“We’re in a really tricky time in the world and in our country, and things are very inexcusable and need action,” she said. “I’m honored to be part of a community that wants to reflect things back to society.”
The awards are being handed out at the Shrine Exposition Center in Los Angeles.
