As Selena Gomez prepares to get married to Benny Blanco, a new report claims that the singer-actor has been seeking guidance from her close friend, Jennifer Aniston. It is believed that Jennifer is reportedly offering Selena a valuable set of advice on how to navigate the challenges of married life.
According to In Touch, Jennifer will be at the front at the wedding celebrations along with other best friends including Taylor Swift, Meryl Streep, Cara Delevingne, and Ariana Grande.
“Jennifer treats Selena like a younger sister. She’s very excited for her and has already sent flowers and a card offering to help out however she can. She’s planned a couple of weddings herself, so she knows a whole lot about the process and has a lot of advice to share,” said a source.
The source added, “No doubt Selena will be happy to have her guidance. It’s hard enough planning a wedding, but a celebrity one is on a different level so any help she can get will be appreciated.”
Jennifer, 55, and Selena, share the same manager. They have been close friends since the two met in a bathroom at a Vanity Fair event.

Jennifer Aniston shares Matthew Perry’s text message, ‘you always made my day’
Actress Jennifer Aniston is reflecting on the loss of her longtime friend Matthew Perry. For the first time since Perry, 54, died from an apparent drowning on October 28, Aniston has spoken out about her ‘Friends’ co-star and his enduring legacy after his death.
Aniston’s Instagram tribute for Perry featured a photo of the pair on set together alongside their loving text exchange containing the same image, reports People magazine.
Additionally, she included a scene of the duo during the sitcom’s 2004 series finale, where their characters Rachel Green and Chandler Bing expressed their love for one another. “Oh boy this one has cut deep … Having to say goodbye to our Matty has been an insane wave of emotions that I’ve never experienced before,” began the actress, 54. “We all experience loss at some point in our lives. Loss of life or loss of love. Being able to really SIT in this grief allows you to feel the moments of joy and gratitude for having loved someone that deep. And we loved him deeply. He was such a part of our DNA.”
She further mentioned in her note, quoted by People: “We were always the 6 of us. This was a chosen family that forever changed the course of who we were and what our path was going to be. For Matty, he KNEW he loved to make people laugh. As he said himself, if he didn’t hear the ‘laugh’ he thought he was going to die. His life literally depended on it. And boy did he succeed in doing just that. He made all of us laugh. And laugh hard.”
Noting how she’s continued to process this loss, Aniston said that she had been looking back on their many text conversations, even sharing one of them in her second slide.
“In the last couple weeks, I’ve been poring over our texts to one another. Laughing and crying then laughing again. I’ll keep them forever and ever. I found one text that he sent me out of nowhere one day. It says it all. (See the second slide…),” she said. “Matty, I love you so much and I know you are now completely at peace and out of any pain. I talk to you every day… sometimes I can almost hear you saying ‘could you BE any crazier?” she added.
The message from Matthew was: “Making you laugh just made my day. It made my day:)”
“Rest little brother. You always made my day,” she concluded. Source: IANS -

Jennifer Aniston’s idea of workout at the age of 54
Jennifer Aniston has stopped doing “painful” workouts and is more “mindful” of exercises these days so she can remain on her feet forever. The 54-year-old actress explained that she used to force herself to do up to an hour of intense physical exercise every day but in recent times she has started to favour “small movements” to keep her in shape. She said, “The workouts I used to do were exhausting and painful. It’s functional exercise. It’s mindful, it’s small movements. My mind used to (tell) me that if I didn’t do 45 minutes to an hour workout, I wasn’t drenched, (it wasn’t enough). I put my body through it and over time, breaking your body, pushing your body that hard is just diminishing returns. And as long as I’m going to live, I want to be able to move!” The Friends star went on to urge her fans to do a small amount of exercise every day. She said, “Just do 10 to 20 minutes, you can do anything for 10 to 20 minutes. You start to enjoy it, that’s the other thing. I really do push myself, just at least do that little bit. I’ll immediately feel incredible. You just instantly start to feel those endorphins and that energy. “Not so much my parents’ generation. So I would watch their bodies decline. If I’m going to be 75, 85 years old, I don’t want to be in a wheelchair. I don’t want someone to have to lift me up and take me to the bathroom. Mindfulness, mindfulness. That’s all it is!” Source: IANS

As Courteney Cox gets honoured, Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow pay tribute to her
There was a special ‘Friends’ reunion recently as Courteney Cox was honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, which was unveiled by her co-stars. Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Kudrow were among the speakers at the ceremony as they came together to pay tribute to 58-year-old Courteney, reports Mirror.co.uk.
The actress was hailed as a “really good human and an extraordinary friend” and credited with creating “one of the closest, most loving and supportive casts in the history of television” during her time on ‘Friends’.
Speaking at the ceremony, Jennifer, 54, said, quoted by Mirror.co.uk: “We’re very honoured to be here today to speak on your behalf as your co-workers, your friends, your family, your sisters.” She added: “To be friends with Courteney is to be family with Courteney and she is responsible for all of that.” “(Courteney) instilled into all of us, into our DNA, to support each other and to love one another, and that actors need to support and love one another, not compete with one another. Those wise, wise words have stayed with me – I learned them as a young 20-something-year-old actor and that really set me on my path as a young woman and being able to create relationships that I cherish to this very day,” Jennifer added.
59-year-old Lisa then said: “I really believe that it was that, and Courteney doing that, that really set us up to become one of the closest, most loving and supportive casts in, I’ll say it, the history of television.” Source: IANS

“The first season I had to have stubble for the entire season and that was torture for her. (But) now it’s soft,” he added.
