Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut recently wrapped up shoot for her directorial debut ‘Emergency.’ In this movie the actress plays the role of former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Currently, she is busy with the post-production of this movie.
As soon the actress wrapped her recent shoot, Kangana Ranaut has started preparing for her new project. In her recent post shared on Instagram, Kangana shared her exercise routine with her fans and talked about her transformation journey for her upcoming film. In the video, she can be seen doing functional training with forms like jumping jacks, mountain climbing, rope skipping and spot jogging. Along with the video, she also penned a note in the caption.
She wrote, “After two years break from my exercise routine to play Mrs Gandhi now I am back to my fitness routine, looking forward to a great transformation for an upcoming action film ..”
As soon the Kangana shared the video, her fans started appreciating her efforts and dedication for her work. A user wrote, “This is inspiring Kangana. Pls make a full workout video if possible.”
While another wrote, “Speed and finesse is incredible @kanganaranaut … very inspiring!”
a third one wrote, “Absolutely awesome especially the effortless handstand.”
Veteran actor Anupam Kher also commented to her post. He wrote, “Aap to dara rahe ho ji. Jai Ho.” On the work front, Kangana has many interesting projects in the queue. She has Tejas – which features her as a fighter pilot with the Indian forces. Kangana gives reasons ‘why South superstars are such a rage’
Actor Kangana Ranaut gave a host of reasons as to why the content and superstars of South film industry ‘are such a rage’. Taking to Instagram Stories, Kangana also shared some advice. Kangana shared a news article on Instagram while making her point and also added Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s song Oo Antava from the film Pushpa: The Rise to the post. The article spoke about the sequels–KGF: Chapter 2 and Pushpa: The Rule.
The actor wrote, “Some of the reasons why South content and superstars are such a rage…1) They are deeply rooted in Indian culture, 2) They love their families and relationships are conventional not westernised, 3) their professionalism and passion is unparalleled.” She also added, “They should not allow Bollywood to corrupt them.”

Pushpa: The Rise, which released last month, grossed a total of Rs 173 crore worldwide in three days since its release. The film, set against the backdrop of red sandalwood smuggling, features Allu Arjun, Fahadh Faasil, Rashmika Mandanna and Sunil among other actors. Pushpa was originally shot in Telugu and later dubbed and released in Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada and Tamil.
KGF: Chapter 2 is the next instalment in Prashanth Neel’s KGF series – the first film released to great success in 2018. Yash will reprise his role as the protagonist in the second part, which also features Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon.
Last year, Kangana herself featured in Thalaivii, in which she portrayed the role of late Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa. The multilingual biographical film also featured Aravind Swamy and Nassar.
Kangana will be seen next in her upcoming movie Tejas. Apart from this, she also has Dhaakad, Manikarnika Returns: The Legend Of Didda, Emergency, and The Incarnation: Sita. She is also producing Tiku Weds Sheru under her production house, Manikarnika Films.

FIR filed against Kangana Ranaut for allegedly spreading hate propaganda in West Bengal
New Delhi (TIP): After being suspended on Twitter for violating their policies, a new FIR has been filed against Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut for allegedly spreading hate propaganda and inciting communal violence in West Bengal. The complaint has been filed by an activist and spokesperson Riju Dutta who also alleged Kangana to have maligned the image of West Bengal’s Chief Minister Mamata Banarjee. In the letter, he has urged to take the necessary action against the ‘Queen’ actor. The complaint read, “Ms Ranaut has posted several posts from her verified official Instagram handle bearing url: httpa:// instagram.com/kanganaranaut?igshid=2yruw6zd7j in the ‘Story’ section. She has also distorted and maligned the image of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of West Bengal – Smt. Mamata Banerjee. Hence, she is to be charged against hate propaganda to incite violence in West Bengal.”
The action comes after Kangana, reacting to the post-poll violence in Bengal, took a direct dig at the Chief Minister of Bengal, Mamata Banerjee. After her tweets, Kangana’s Twitter account was suspended, and then she started posting on Instagram.
According to a Twitter spokesperson, Kangana’s account was constantly provoking anger and violence, which was diminishing the value of global public conversation on the platform.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Kangana’s much-awaited project ‘Thalaivi’ which was slated to get a theatrical release on April 23, this year got postponed due to the rise in the number of COVID-19 cases in India. Apart from this she also has ‘Tejas’, ‘Dhaakad’, and ‘Manikarnika Returns: The Legend Of Didda’ in the pipeline.

Mohinder Kaur files plaint against Kangana
Bathinda (TIP): Mohinder Kaur of Bahadurgarh Jandian village here, who hit the headlines after Kangana Ranaut tweeted her picture claiming that she was the same “Dadi” who was part of the Shaheen Bagh protest, has filed a complaint against the actress. The complaint has been filed in a court here and a hearing has been fixed for January 11. In the complaint, filed though advocate Raghubir Singh Behniwal, Mohinder Kaur claimed that due to Kangana’s false tweet, she suffered grave mental tension, agony, botheration, harassment, humiliation, loss of reputation, defamation in eyes of her family members, relatives, co-villagers and public in large. Further, she also claimed that due to the allegation, she had fallen in her own estimation and also in the eyes of protesting farmers. The complaint also said Kangana had not apologised to her or farmers.
