    Moong Dal Kheer

    INGREDIENTS
    1/2 cup moong dal, 2 cup water, 1 cup, powdered jaggery, 1 cup milk, 2, tablespoon rice, 4 teaspoon ghee, 1 teaspoon powdered green cardamom
    – For making this dessert recipe, heat ghee in a pan and saute moong dal and rice for 2 minutes. Add water and mix well.
    – Add the powdered jaggery and let it cook for 10 minutes, while stirring continuously.
    – Add the cardamom powder and mix well.
    – Allow the mixture to cool down and then add milk and mix gently.
    – Garnish with dry fruits of your choice. (optional)
    – Serve warm or cold.
