Thank You For Coming starring Bhumi Pednekar, Shehnaaz Gill, Dolly Singh, Kusha Kapila, Shibani Bedi, and Anil Kapoor marks the directorial debut of Rhea Kapoor’s husband Karan Boolani in Bollywood.
In August this year, Bhumi and others dropped the first poster of the upcoming film and it invited excitement among fans. Ahead of the trailer release, Bhumi, Sonam Kapoor, Rhea Kapoor, and others shared anew poster of the film.
Bhumie Pednekar shared a new poster of her upcoming film Thank You For Coming on Instagram. Sharing the poster, the actress captioned, “In real life, your girlfriends are your real Fairy Godmothers. Don’t forget to come on 6th October, to watch #ThankYouForComing in cinemas near you.”
Sonam Kapoor also shared the same poster and wrote, “When your friendship game is stronger than any magic spell!

And, Rhea Kapoor shared, “My girls and I will see you tomorrow with our TRAILER!!!!!!!!!! Talk about squad goals…” Thank You For Coming is produced by Rhea Kapoor along with Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor under Balaji Motion Pictures. It is set to release on October 6, 2023.

Shehnaaz Gill says she’s over her crush for Kartik Aaryan
Big Boss fame Shehnaaz Gill has said she now prefers to be called “Shehnaaz from India”. She said, “I don’t want to be Punjab Ki Katrina Kaif. I just want to be Shehnaaz Gill from India.” The title ‘Punjab Ki Katrina Kaif’ was coined by Shehnaaz on ‘Bigg Boss 13’. Earlier, she had said the title suits Katrina more as she married Vicky Kaushal.
She said that the title was a ‘mistake’ and that she would just like to be known as Shehnaaz Gill.
During a Rapid Fire round with Bollywood Bubble, Shehnaaz said that she’s over her crush for Kartik Aaryan, and instead just has enormous respect for him. She said: “Aap kaam karo, aap life mein bahut successful ho jao, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 4, 5 and 6 karo (You just keep working, and act in all the sequels to Bhool Bhulaiyaa).”
When asked about her reaction on meeting several stars, one of which was Katrina Kaif. Shehnaaz answered, “How’s Vicky Kaushal?” On being called ‘Punjab Ki Katrina Kaif’, Shehnaaz Gill said, “I don’t want to be Punjab Ki Katrina Kaif. Galti ho gayi, mujhe maaf kar do. I just want to be Shehnaaz Gill from India.”
Earlier this year, in the Boring Day making video shared by Yashraj Mukhate, Shehnaaz had said that the title of ‘Punjab ki Katrina’ should go to Katrina Kaif now that she is married to Vicky Kaushal, a Punjabi. Gill said that her favourite Bollywood couple were Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja.

Shehnaaz Gill confuses fans with her latest post
Shehnaaz Gill sent her fans into frenzy after she shared a poster of the Netflix show Lucifer with a desi twist. The poster features the actress posing with the show’s lead actor Tom Ellis and it has created quite a stir on social media. Shehnaaz’s post has left her fans excited and confused at the same time as they wonder if she is going to debut on the Netflix show. Sharing the poster, Shehnaaz wrote for caption, “Asli Bigg Boss toh yahaan hai.”. One of the users wrote, “Excitement mein confusion ho rahi hai… looking forward to whatever this is because I’m sure it will be fab.”
However, the actress won’t be seen in the show as the poster is a part of the promotional activities of Netflix. Meanwhile, the actress is slowly making her way back to work after the loss of Sidharth Shukla. She was seen in Diljit Dosanjh- starrer Honsla Rakh.
