The laughter is set to continue on Netflix with the upcoming episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 5, which will feature the cast of The Vvaan: Force of the Forrest. The episode will bring together Sidharth Malhotra, Tamannaah Bhatia, Shweta Tiwari, Anup Soni and Maniesh Paul for an evening of candid conversations, comedy and playful banter.
The second episode of the new season is scheduled to premiere on Saturday, October 3 at 8 pm on Netflix. The episode is part of the show’s festive-season line-up and will see the cast promoting the supernatural thriller while joining Kapil Sharma and his comedy team for a family-friendly roast.
One of the highlights is expected to be the camaraderie between Kapil Sharma and Maniesh Paul, with the two entertainers taking playful digs at each other. Their banter adds another layer of comedy to an episode already packed with celebrity interactions.
Tamannaah Bhatia and Sidharth Malhotra also have plenty of praise for Kapil and Maniesh. Tamannaah describes their style as clean comedy that has entertained audiences across generations, while Sidharth applauds their ability to roast guests without crossing the line or offending them.
Sidharth also opens up about his association with Kapil’s show, recalling that he has appeared on the comedian’s platform for film promotions since his debut in Student of the Year. He says the show remains a stop he looks forward to because of the fun and warmth on the sets.
Kapil, meanwhile, wastes no opportunity to turn the conversation into a joke. He makes a playful reference to Sidharth finally getting his “Tamannaah” after getting the opportunity to work with Tamannaah Bhatia. The conversation also takes a humorous turn towards Sidharth’s wife Kiara Advani, with Tamannaah praising Sidharth and Kiara as one of the country’s loved couples and calling them “couple goals.”
